Emei Mountain IP Globalization Scenario

CATEGORY

IP Globalization / Competition Assets

Competition Site

A static showcase for the event story, winning works, videos, emoji packs, blind-box concepts, and cultural merchandise assets.

Open showcase

Let culture be seen before it is brought home.

This is not a single campaign. It is a repeatable globalization path: create cultural recognition, build a showcase system, then connect the assets to souvenir commerce and cross-border sales.

  1. 01

    Culture becomes characters and content

World heritage, mountain ecology, monkeys, tea culture, and scenery become a youthful visual memory.

  2. 02

    Works become a standard showcase

Works, video, emojis, and product concepts become a reusable asset library for sharing, review, and licensing.

  3. 03

    Recognition becomes a souvenir lineup

Characters and cultural symbols then connect to merchandise, gift sets, content seeding, and marketplace operations.

Build overseas awareness through content first, then connect it to souvenirs, creative products, and platform sales.

Scenario Background

Emei Mountain has strong cultural recognition: world heritage status, Buddhist culture, mountain ecology, monkeys, tea culture, and scenic memories can all become content assets for overseas audiences. But cultural IP globalization should not stop at a brochure, a single poster, or one event recap.

A more useful path is to turn cultural resources into youthful, shareable IP characters and content assets first, then connect those assets to creative souvenirs, blind boxes, short videos, and cross-border platform operations.

DPXX Method

1. Start With an IP Globalization Sample

Through the "Lingxiu Emei · Art & Trendy Play" IP emoji design challenge, DPXX turns Emei cultural symbols into creative briefs. The resulting works cover character design, animated emojis, static emojis, introduction videos, blind-box concepts, and cultural merchandise extensions.

At this stage, the goal is not direct sales. The first job is to build overseas-friendly content assets: names, characters, emotions, cultural symbols, and visual memory points.

2. Standardize the Competition Showcase

The IP website is not a one-off page. It becomes a reusable showcase template for future competition projects. Each event can follow the same structure: event configuration, work data, key visual, winners, videos, emoji packs, blind-box concepts, and merchandise extensions.

This showcase is suitable for public presentation, project review, partnership conversations, and pre-authorization asset display, while keeping large videos and work files outside the main corporate website repository.

3. Connect to Souvenir Commerce

Once the IP characters and content assets are stable, DPXX can help move into product development: fridge magnets, plush toys, figures, blind boxes, tea packaging, travel souvenirs, and gift sets.

The next layer is product selection, product-pool organization, platform listings, content scripts, creator assets, store pages, and fulfillment SOPs, turning cultural awareness into sellable goods.

Reusable Standard

Future IP competitions and brand globalization cases should use the same combination:

  1. Corporate case page: explain the background, DPXX method, commerce path, and disclosure boundary.
  2. Static competition showcase: display works, videos, and approved public assets.
  3. Productization checklist: identify assets that can become souvenirs, blind boxes, merchandise, or cross-border product pools.
  4. Global operation SOP: connect platform, content, creators, store execution, and fulfillment.

Disclosure Boundary

This case is presented as a capability scenario for cultural IP globalization, competition showcase standardization, and creative-souvenir commercialization. Client authorization, sales data, contract scope, and final business results should follow the officially approved version.
